Broadcast set for the Pierre Fabre Regional Virtual Summit

Corporate·Broadcast from Beirut, across the Middle East and Gulf

Regional Virtual Summit

3,000 doctors across the Middle East and Gulf, convened when nobody could travel.

Client Pierre Fabre Middle East

The challenge

Reach the region's dermatology community at full scale during the pandemic, with travel closed and every competitor's program cancelled. The event had to hold the attention of 3,000 clinicians through a screen, across multiple countries and time zones.

What we ran

The conference website and the full event identity built around it.

An animated virtual venue rather than a webinar: a lobby doctors moved through, virtual booths where they could put questions directly to product promoters, an auditorium with the scientific sessions broadcast live rather than pre-recorded, live Q&A with speakers and a downloadable documentation library.

Platform selection, build and full program delivery. The platform came from a specialist vendor; we selected it, built on it and ran every part of the program on it. Pierre Fabre dealt with us.

The result

3,000 doctors convened across the Middle East and Gulf, the largest audience Victoriam has assembled for a single client • 11 countries reached, with no travel cost per delegate • 45% live attendance rate against registrations • 55 minutes average time in the venue, or 68% who stayed through the full program • 975 documents downloaded • Retained the following year for the in-person Middle East Medical Convention in Luxor, then a third engagement for the Pierre Fabre Academy launch.
