Method

Nothing slips because nothing is left to the day itself

Most events don’t fail on taste. They fail on a generator, a late transfer, a supplier who didn’t show, or a schedule nobody wrote down. Here is how we take those off the table.

A run-of-show, to the minute

Every arrival, speech, cue, transfer and hand-off is written down, timed, shared with every supplier, and walked through before the day. On site, one document governs.

A crew booked in writing

The same technical, staging, catering and hospitality partners we have worked with for years, confirmed in writing with rates and times, never scrambled together at the last minute.

A contingency plan, every time

Every proposal states what happens if the power fails, the weather turns, the security situation changes or the schedule moves. Agreed with you in advance, not improvised.

How a project runs

From first call to final report

01

Brief & objectives

What the event is for, who is in the room, what success looks like, and the one thing that absolutely must not fail. Everything after this is built around that answer.

02

Concept & budget

Creative direction, format and guest journey, priced line by line so you can see where the money goes and decide what matters most.

03

Production planning

Venue, suppliers, technical design, travel and accreditation locked in. Permits, protocol and paperwork handled. The run-of-show written and circulated.

04

Rehearsal & set-up

Build, technical checks, speaker and cue rehearsal, and a walk-through of the contingency plan with the crew before a single guest arrives.

05

On-site delivery

Louis is on site, running the floor, for the whole event. One point of command, one person accountable, not a coordinator calling head office.

06

Wrap-up & reporting

Final reconciliation against budget, supplier close-out, photo and video delivery, and a report on attendance, engagement and sponsor value.

Straight answers

“What happens if…”

The questions every client in this region is entitled to ask before signing.

The power cuts out

Backup generation is specified and tested at set-up for every event, with the critical load (stage, sound, lighting, registration) identified in advance.

The weather turns

Every outdoor event carries a covered or indoor alternative, with a stated decision deadline and who makes the call.

The security situation changes

A written scale-down, postpone or relocate plan, agreed with you at proposal stage, including what it costs at each stage.

A speaker or guest of honour drops out

The running order is built so it can absorb a change without a visible gap, and the script and cues are adjusted on site.

A supplier fails

We hold alternatives for every critical line, because we work with the same bench repeatedly and know who can step in.

You are based in Beirut and our event is in the Gulf

Most of our largest productions have been delivered outside Lebanon: Doha, Cairo, Luxor, Riyadh and Jeddah. Everything is shipped, booked and rehearsed in advance, with local suppliers contracted and verified before we arrive.

Tell us what must not fail.

We will tell you exactly how we would protect it.
