Construction-themed set inside the Pierre Fabre offices

Regional Seminar

Fifty regional employees, and an office floor turned into a building site.

Client Pierre Fabre Middle East

The challenge

Bring fifty Pierre Fabre employees from across the region together in Beirut for an internal seminar built around a construction theme, held inside the company's own offices rather than a venue. An office floor is the least promising room in events: fixed furniture, corporate carpet, no atmosphere, and everyone attending already works there. The theme had to do the work the venue could not.

What we ran

Concept, branding and full set design.

The working area transformed into a functioning construction site, with the theme carried through the space, the signage, the materials and the room setup.

A result that did not look like an office, delivered without leaving the building.

The result

50 employees from across the region convened • 6 countries represented • Zero venue hire cost, with the seminar staged in the client's own offices • 2 days of production, in a live working office • 5 engagements over 5 years across 3 countries, beginning with this project • 78% satisfaction or engagement score from the post-seminar survey.
