The challenge
Put Lebanon back on the international sporting map during a period of regional political instability, and prove the country could still deliver to international federation standard. We were appointed two weeks before the event, with four events to deliver in parallel: the Asian championships, the official gala dinner, the Asian federation General Assembly and UAE Warriors.
What we ran
A dedicated lead on the highest-risk element: arrivals. 400+ people received at Beirut airport within 48 hours, across 5 hotels. A separate protocol for VIPs and board members of the international and Asian federations. A stadium built out in days, meeting the requirements of both federations at once. A large volunteer corps recruited and coordinated over six days, with our team based in the delegation hotel.
The result
2 weeks from appointment to delivery, for a program that normally takes months • 4 events delivered in parallel • 350+ athletes from 18 countries • 400+ arrivals handled in 48 hours • Zero operational failures across all four events • 25 officials hosted
