The challenge
Mark the club's 100th anniversary with a milestone day for members and guests, spanning sports challenges, a fashion show, children's shows, field games, a parade, a concert and a classic car show. Seven activities had to run at once across different areas of the club without clashing, while our team also designed and delivered the obstacle course itself.
What we ran
Coordination of every vendor and supplier across all seven activities Transportation, setup and full event logistics across the club grounds All permits and licenses secured ahead of the day A large volunteer team, recruited and managed across every area The obstacle course, designed and delivered directly by our team

2,000+ members and guests in attendance • 7 activity zones, run simultaneously in one day • 18 vendors and suppliers coordinated • 70 volunteers recruited and managed • 225 participants through the obstacle course • 100 years of club history celebrated
