Chabrouh Dam Environmental Shield & Alpine Trail Inauguration

The challenge
Open a new sustainable mountain trail and reopen Chabrouh Dam to the public after nearly a year of closure. It was a formal state occasion attended by two government ministers, members of parliament and the national press. With no event infrastructure on the mountainside, the inauguration had to honor official protocol while turning the natural setting into an engaging experience for guests, families and media.
What we ran
The full inauguration concept, turning an official opening into an interactive outdoor experience built around the trail. Guest engagement before and after the ceremony: a Chabrouh Trail puzzle activation, children's games, live musicians and outdoor catering.
End-to-end production: invitations and RSVPs, VIP protocol, guest flow, the official ceremony, speeches and the commemorative plaque.
A children's environmental pledge and a guided opening walk to the lake lookout.
